Fantastic customer service and even better products—we have all 3. We LOVE the hydrology 9 (house fave) but the grinder and atomic9 are also incredible products. In fact, the atomic9 is SO MUCH better (& easier to use) than the $250 firefly2+ (As is Cloudius9’s customer service) that we got it for some of our elderly relatives (who also love it). I just wish I would’ve purchased the bundles both times bc I need to come back to get more as gifts!
