The worst place to shop! Terrible quality food and lack of customer care. When i complained about a food item that was less than fresh before its due date i questioned why and asked to speak with a manager. I received no response to my question and my request for a manager was ignored. If you value your health and as a customer are expected to pay premium prices, then you would expect high-quality food and decent customer service. Unfortunately, Coles failed to meet these expectations. I believe it's crucial for customers to receive value for their money and proper attention to their concerns. THEREFORE, COLES DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY NOR YOUR LOYALTY. ITS ABOUT TIME WE BOYCOTT COLES AND SHOP ELSEWHERE.
