No price matching and poor staff/ customer relations. Asked employee about price matching, in an what i felt was aggressively manner told that Coles had never and never will price match. Then lead up with directing me to return the item to the shelf as they are too busy and nowhere to place the item/s. I sent a complaint and only recieved that Coles doesn't have a price match policy, nothing about the way I was spoken to. I have been a customer of coles for probably 30- 40 years ,I only use Woolworths for delivery as coles hasn't offered until recently at Bateman's Bay. I will never buy at Coles again and encourage others not, especially if you're going to be treated as second rate people.
