I bought this stove to assist in offsetting fuel cost. When I first received and installed a was very pleased. I did have two failures one with the power switch and the igniter. That said I contacted comfort built and they not only responded but they sent the parts out immediately. I was very impressed how quickly they were willing to help. I know this is not the most superior product on the market. This company has been wonderful to work with. I am very pleased with the heat this unit puts out. I would suggest not running your stove on eco mode and possibly on manual mode at a lower setting. My house is 1150sqft and I keep in on manual 1. It uses 3/4 of a bag a day and my house maintains 70 degrees at 15 degrees outside. I just had a terrible cold spell come thru of -30 I put the stove on manual 3 and no complaints. I can’t imagine level 5. Thank you comfort built for an affordable product you’re willing to stand behind keep up the great work.
