I recently ordered some parts for our pellet stove. I received everything I ordered quickly. Everything came packed well and no shipping damage.
The only hitch was the Fed-Ex guy can't seem to figure out the difference between my neighbor's house number and ours. He has been leaving our deliveries at the wrong house. Calls to Fed-Ex get no action.
