I've had two stoves from Comfortbilt. I love the stove when it's working. I've had multiple issues with both stoves. First stove they replaced bc of all the issues. Second only being a few months old broke down. Customer service/tech support is horrible. You never speak to anyone on the phone. Everything is via email. I waited months for new parts. Finally reached out to local dealer bc I was getting no where with Comfortbilt. Would not buy another stove from them.
