I bought my Cook meal from Co op, I had previously bought a Lamb curry, which I enjoyed, although would have preferred slightly hot taste.
I enjoyed the Lamb Kofta & Dhal, I was expecting a bit more spice.
The reason I gave 4 stars is portion size, these portions are small, ingredients like dhal are not expensive and I would have liked more in this meal.
Overall these meals have good flavours and I would recommend if you have a small appetite.
