Our original order was mislabelled and we were sent someone else’s. Cool then resent our order but it never arrived. This was then resent AGAIN and never arrived!
All Christmas food, gifted by a relative. Obviously the couriers fault, but perhaps don’t book couriers who cannot fulfil deliveries…?
Wasted 2 days waiting in for orders that didn’t come, plus making countless phone calls to Cook. By the third reissue of our order, a lot of vegan/veggie items were out of stock anyway…
