I ordered a new extractor hood which came in super quick time and was packed well. Although unfortunately the ducting kit didn’t turn up with the main hood a quick message to them was made and a new kit sent straight out with no problem. Customer service from them was excellent considering the lack of it in many companies.
I would confidently recommend them for sales and service.
