If l can give 0 starts l will. They don't deserve even 1 start. This hob doesn't work properly, even when is cold ,the display says E9,E9 is only when is very hot. Costumer service doesn't help!! I will take it to the trading standards as l paid £602.99

Wrong item delivered, I ordered a fridge they sent a freezer. They won’t deliver the correct item until 5-10 working days. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I ordered a big food shop in anticipation for my new fridge yet they won’t compensate. Terrible service and terrible attitudes!!!

My order was due to be delivered on a day when I was working, I emailed customer service who advised me that Adam had changed my delivery to my day off, guess what I receive email on my day off saying my fridge was delivered, I get home on a rainy day to a soggy box! Not happy 😡

Purchased the Cookology Induction hob in white glass less than 2 years. Aesthetically pleasing, but not in quality. Minimal use and the hob is now starting to smoke from the base and has a strong burning smell. Do not recommend this product.

Just to warn everyone that Cookology is a very dangerous and major lack of safety brand if you are using. Myself or my family could have hurt very badly because I have had Cookology 5 burner hob which is very risky and dangerous appliance for you...that hob's glass exploded while we were cooking dinner. That glass shattered and me & family we had a bad shock when hob's glass exploded. The glass should be heat resistant but its not. I have all the photos of exploded hob's glass. I tried to contact the company but Cookology very rudely rejected my complaint. Cookology PLEASE DONT PLAY WITH PEOPLE'S LIVES and you should understand that this is a very serious safety issue and someone could have very bad injury if the glass keep exploding.

Bad experience so far. No delivery info and they keep saying my item has been delivered but clearly not my door or can be held in your hands that easily. It's an oven. So far not great. I will update you if anything changes got a bad feeling about this. They stopped replying to my emails as soon as I took a picture of my door and said that it couldn't be mine as it's an oven and it was being held in someone's arms.

Received a concerning letter that the gas hob I bought last year from Cookology that it is at risk of causing a major gas leak due to a faulty connector. Followed the instructions and booked a British Gas appointment with Cookology to rectify this issue today, taking a day off work and no engineer bothers to turn off. Company is impossible to get through to to sort this out, been on hold now over 15 minutes, can't book a new appointment online because I'm already on the system. Eventually got through to their third party agency MKT Point - to encounter the worst customer experience ever! After making it half way through the booking process the extremely unprofessional operator hung up on me. Don't buy from Cookology, choose an alternative, safer brand who have some consideration to after-sales care...

If I could give zero or minus ,I would. Purchased a table top dishwasher. Broken now after 14 months. £268 wasted. They should be ashamed of themselves taking customers for a ride As long as they have your money, there is no goodwill gesture or help after the one year guarantee. This is what they bank on, that they're inadequate appliances break just after the warranty has run out. I really wished I had come across these reviews before , now I'm nervous about the tumble dryer I purchased also from them a few weeks ago. I'm preparing for the same to happen. Would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. Keep your money in your pocket or give it to someone reputable and not these cowboys.

Alan Robinson “Beware when buying any item from Cookoligy ! This company has no alliance to ANY companies too repair their items after the 1 year warranty expires. They do not make the products themselves and will not give out information about its origin, making it virtually impossible too source spares. They make throw away products that make it harmful to the environment and much more expensive than buying a well known product from a well known manufacturer.”

We bought a hob and extractor fan in October 2022 and recently smelt gas coming from the hob installed. Northern gas confirmed the leak to be due to an appliance fault and would need replacing - this was in January 2023. The hob had only been installed around 3 months max! We contacted the customer service to be told that a replacement could be sent out as it was in warranty (as expected). We were then advised we would have to pay for the install of the new hob and get rid of the current faulty one. Not good enough. When questioned regarding the compensation for the install cost, I was hit with "we don't cover this". Nor do I. Why should I have to pay a 3 figure sum to install what could potentially be another faulty hob? And pay the cost which has been incurred due to the companies negligence to ensure what they are selling is in full working order? This, as a basic level of customer care should be compensated by the suppliers of the already faulty item! The extra star is because the price was competitive.

Hi Jo, I am very sorry to hear you had a negative experience with us. I do understand how frustrating this must be for you, however we do have terms and conditions that we have to stick by. We do state that we need damages reported Within 48 hours of delivery, otherwise its impossible for us to establish where the damage occurred. Sadly this was delivered 2 months ago. Once again, please do accept our apologies on this. Kind Regards Cookology

cookology induction hob failed after 4 years with a faulty power board: cookology were unable to offer any service regarding repair, supply of faulty parts or contribution towards replacement: this constitutes poor value and i suggest avoiding this brand.
