Very disappointed with by item will not buy again from cookology smaller then I thought

Item came within a couple of days. The inside of the machine ie the racks and wash arms etc feels cheap, and the cutlery rack doesn't make any sense at all. The instructions aren't very helpful. However, the wash results are very good, and the machine is nice and quiet when in use. The wash programs are straight forward and was it easy enough to install.

Plinth heater. Bought for a customer. Quick delivery but item showed signs of previous opening and damage to front cover. Scratches inconsistent with a new item. Possibly seconds.

Nice looking oven and simple controls. On the downside the timer ticks so loud you can hear it over the TV, there's no sliding shelf just 1 shelf supplied and the door has an inch gap at the top showing the black inside which could have been designed better

Basically instructions says that ceiling can bear at least 120 kgs which is nearly 19 stone. Where it should have said 12 kgs

Cookology seem to be a reputable company offering excellent customer service which indeed they are. The freezer we ordered arrived damaged, I think that was possibly down to the couriers. Cookology offered a replacement or refund straight away, I accepted the refund. I would have given them five stars but for the faulty goods.

Good delivery time. Although I feel the Fridge unit is not adequately packaged on the sides, front & back. any small bump would cause damage. We ordered another unit which again arrived very quickly, although it has minor scratches on the left side. Again, no bag-wrap on the unit so it was not adequately packaged in my opinion. Waiting for refund & collection of the first unit purchased.

Freezer very good and working fine but when opened, there was a dent in thr top right corner of the door. Apart from that, everything is fine.

The hob works good but the fitting is not quite to standard. There are 4 brackets given but nowhere to fix them to keep the hob secure. Have checked and tired all the holes in the base of the hob but no chance to fit them and secure the base to the worktop.

It is okay but my fridge have a dent and I tried to contact them for refund or how to return it but no one even reply to me or help me

The attachment lugs should be front and rear. Instead, they are under each side where there is no space between the units to install the lugs under the worktop! I botched it in, otherwise, well satisfied.

Only scored a 3 due to the order I placed arrived damaged as did the replacement The customer service during the transaction was excellent with all staff wanting to resolve the problem quickly I will shop with Cookology,just not another hob
