“service brilliant but fridge freezer rubish shelves in door stop you putting anything on the inside fridge ,cannot close door stupid design anyway tried to get on with it but no good ordered a morphy richards ,dearer but i can put a 6pint milk in the door cookolagy going in shed,iys ok buying cheap but no good if theres no room inside and the shelve is rubisn thin have to reach right in no its rubish in shed it goes”

“The unit looks ok although a few improvements are suggested as follows: - the light is very blue - would be useful to be able to order warm white or blue-white to match the rest of my kitchen lighting - the top front edges of the canopy are very sharp - I can see myself cutting my head on them at some point so have had to fit rubber buttons on the edges as a safety measure - better fitting instructions - not very clear - I worked it out eventually - better advice on duct sizes - it was a real pain to cut a 150mm dia hole through the wall and yet it probably isn't that important in terms of noise unless using it on full speed regularly - I reckon I could had used a 125 duct which would have been easier to cut - the flexible duct supplied is pretty useless and a waste of materials - within no time all the ripples in the duct would be full of gunk and would be very hard to clean - supply a plain straight duct - much easier to clean - the filter units are not sealed into the hood - they move about so grease will eventually get past the filters and into the unit itself - this will be difficult to clean internally - I might try and fit some seals myself - some rubber strips would solve this Apart from that it wasn't that expensive but I don't think the above would cost much to improve the product - overall it is ok but not sure I would buy this brand again with the above types of issues. As with many products these days, nobody seems to have tested the product on regular punters and gone back after a few months to see how it could be cleaned. Hopefully that is useful feedback.”

“I live in the Guernsey Channel Islands andI bought my item off you through Amazon and was charged £45 for delivery You then said that you didn't send your products to me "as your courier doesnt deliver" Just about every other supplier sends stuff to us I had to organise my own delivery through another courier Ironically it was cheaper than the £45 postage and packing you charged me”

“bought a small tumble dryer as space was limited, tumble drier looks Ok-yet to use it but the venting hose it came with is flimsy, the end came off and we could not put it back- so we had to buy a better hose- I emailed the company who's responds was not good-they will make a note of it. So my reasonably price product with the cost of a pipe fit for purpose was not.”

“being very lightweight I had to tie it to 3 kooks that I put into the wall to stop in moving when opening the door. It was bought and used as a backup for a larger free standing freeze so is not heavily loaded”

“Looks great love all the programs only negative is that my dinner places that are only budget ones from a supermarket dont actually fit in the plate settings in the dishwasher meaning I cant get a full wash put on at a time”
