I was impressed with the pre-sales service and their prices, however, the delivery service was bad. Delivery team contacted me the day before to ask "If I could be at the property at 7.00AM" I agreed although I had to leave home at 5 to get there. No delivery at 8.30, so I contacted them to be told that Lorry was still in depot. No apology for lack of contact. Delivery turned up at 3.00PM. Can't comment on quality of appliances as not installed yet.

The washing machine was due to be delivered on Thursday 12th June waited in all day no explanation, emailed on the Friday 13th June got a quick response saying being it was being delivered on 16th June between 9-11 and it was.

Delivery was quick, although I only had 1 man struggling to deliver my range coooker and was having to throw it around a bit....which was quite alarming for me to watch. I think you should have 2 delivery men for larger items such as these as it is unsettling to watch your lovely new appliance (you have just spent lots of money on) being treated that way...

recieved a phone call informing me that my order will be delivered tomorrow (8th April) when I had previously requested delivery for 8th May, I`m just hoping it doesn`t get lost between now and 8th May. The actual ordering of my appliance was very good and straightforward, its just the delivery date hic-up.

The item ordered was delivered safely and in reasonable time. However, at no point did I receive an email conformation of my order. I emailed them to ask about this and when to expect delivery: "The amount of £xxx has been taken from my credit card but I've had no order confirmation email from you at all. What's happening ?" I got a rather sniffy reply: "As you will tell from the website the model you purchased was out of stock and needed to be ordered in. They are due into us tomorrow and will be with you on Friday."

Dear Mr Abbott, we experienced a technical issue with our Email server that meant no confirmation Emails were sent that day - I can see that one of our team responded to your inquiry immediately and I'm glad everything else went well with your order.

Got it a day late, despite confirmation text telling me when it should arrive. However, hob works well and looks great. Excellent value for money.

I was only contacted about delivery when the driver was en route. It all worked out fine however it very likely could have resulted in a missed delivery. Proper notice should be at least a day in advance.

slight hiccup by forgetting to send all my order ie., fitting kit for mw but overall had good response and service, corrected mistake and sent out next day. Would use them again x

Very happy with the item supplied, price, and speed of delivery. However, unhappy that I did not receive any notification of when the item would be delivered. Fortunately, I just happened to be in when it arrived.
