The item ordered was delivered safely and in reasonable time. However, at no point did I receive an email conformation of my order.
I emailed them to ask about this and when to expect delivery: "The amount of £xxx has been taken from my credit card but I've had no order confirmation email from you at all. What's happening ?"
I got a rather sniffy reply: "As you will tell from the website the model you purchased was out of stock and needed to be ordered in. They are due into us tomorrow and will be with you on Friday."
