I was impressed with the pre-sales service and their prices, however, the delivery service was bad. Delivery team contacted me the day before to ask "If I could be at the property at 7.00AM" I agreed although I had to leave home at 5 to get there. No delivery at 8.30, so I contacted them to be told that Lorry was still in depot. No apology for lack of contact. Delivery turned up at 3.00PM. Can't comment on quality of appliances as not installed yet.
