Not a good experience... Ordered an extractor in February and it was delivered promptly. Installed it a few weeks later [instructions were absolutely awful..] only to find the fan did not work. I suspect a batch fault as Cookology both made an immediate refund and declared the product no longer available or supported. I will now buy an extractor from Bosch which will be more expensive but is a] sure to work and b] will be supported. Cheap Chinese-made products are not worth the trouble...
