They should be ashamed of themselves taking customers for a ride As long as they have your money, there is no goodwill gesture or help after the one year guarantee. This is what they bank on, that they're inadequate appliances break just after the warranty has run out. I really wished I had come across these reviews before , now I'm nervous about the tumble dryer I purchased also from them a few weeks ago. I'm preparing for the same to happen. Would NEVER recommend this company to anybody. Keep your money in your pocket or give it to someone reputable and not these cowboys.
