Cooker extractor I ordered through ebay arrived promptly and securely packaged, unfortunately the carbon filter I paid extra for did not show up. One e-mail query about this led to a quick reply that the matter would be looked into promptly, several days later second e-mail led to an apology and fast dispatch of missing filter. Despite issue of missing filter and the need to remind them to sort it out I've still got a quality item at a decent price so all in all not a bad experience. Would be prepared to use again as they did actually sort out the problem and I'm very happy with the end result.
