Item was delivered very quickly, overall I am very pleased with the product, the only downside was the installation was a nightmare!!! The instructions that the cooker hood came with were far too complicated, and I couldn't find a website for Cookology to get any clarification. It took us over 4 hours to work out how to install the hood, and found that we didn't use all the different types of screws that came in the box. As long as it doesn't fall down, am otherwise very pleased with how this hood look, I particularly like the 4 down lights, it does seam noiser than any other cooker hood that I've had before though.
