Bought a "matching" set of an oven plus a combination microwave/oven. The microwave arrived with a broken glass front door, but customer services arranged shipment of a replacement immediately.
The LED display on the two units uses a different shade/brightness, which stops them from looking as if they are intended to be a pair, which is a minor thing that Cookology could/should fix.
And they left the broken unit for us to dispose of which was strange (a new sheet of glass installed at the factory and it could have been re-sold as a refurbished unit to recover some costs). And it was a bit inconvenient for us.
