This dishwasher was ordered for a customer, and I have just installed it. The packaging was very good with plenty of protection. Setting up the water softener was described well within the instructions, and going by the weight of the product I felt that this was hopefully a good buy. The customer is in their 90's, so ease of use was important, and I was able to show them how to programme and start the appliance with reasonable confidence. It would have been helpful to have some small samples of wash tabs, rinse aid etc. as I was unable to then set a wash in progress immediately. Delivery was very efficient, thank you!
