As I have already said: microwave was delivered to an incorrect address despite being accurately addressed. I had to search the whole estate for it myself, and then arrange for it to be lifted into my car, as it was far too heavy to carry.
The microwave, inside its packaging, had been standing in water or extremely damp conditions for an extended period of time. The cardboard packaging was saturated, black with mould and hanging off in strips. Even the internal white polystyrene was black with mould. I have already sent photographs.
