Lovely staff to talk to and very helpful.
Delivery schedule was missed by the carrier, and only rescheduled after I called to chase it, and then for 5 days later than promised. A good job I was not in a rush for the cooler.
Delivery performance is a critical part of the purchase experience and one that every supplier needs to get right.
