My initial thought was that the washing machine may arrive in a couple of days. It did take a week to arrive but then came at a time suitable for me (7pm). The delivery man was extremely helpful in getting the machine to the required location. The washing machine itself is great. 10kg is perfect for a family of 5, including teenagers with muddy rugby kits etc.
