The only thing that wasn't right was that the instructions were only in German and I had to make four telephone calls (three with Baumatic UK Head office as I was advice by yourselves) before I could get a photocopied version of a similar model. Mind you the last person I spoke with at Baumatic was very apologetic and acted very quickly. Concerning the appliance, this so far is working fine though it makes funny noises like gargles and it took a little while to get used to but I have been told by a service engineer at Baumatic that this is quite normal?
