I ordered the extractor fan and it arrived quickly, however I didn't open the package to inspect it straight away. When my builder did we discovered that the internal bulb was broke and had to buy another one to replace it. I did ring the customer services and was told to buy a replacement bulb, send them a copy of the receipt and they will refund the difference, but I didn't bother with this. As my kitchen is still being renovated I havent got round using the extractor yet, hence the delay in writing the review and cannot reallly comment on the extractor itself.
