Product very good and remarkable value...(time will tell). Ordered by phone and the two staff I spoke to were very helpful and phoned back when they said they would. But delivery was not made and was 3 days late due to the fact that my street name had been left out of the delivery address. So all their good positive work was marred by a simple human error.
I'm giving 4 stars because they tried hard.
