Polite and prompt response service to my Emails. Prompt processing of order and super fast delivery for such a big appliance. The only reason why I have not rated my experience as very good is because I wasn't made aware during the ordering process that I would've needed To arrange assistance for the delivery person with getting the large appliance into my home.
