I was happy with the first conversation I had when I decided to buy the Fridge and freezer (both integrated and under counter).
I was told that they were 14 db when in fact they are by the book 41db which despite being housed are very noisy.
The boxes were undamaged but the fridge had two dents near the back edge and lumps on the top under protective plastic, long and short not to impressed .
the service after left a lot to be desired as well.
