My sink didn't arrive when expected so I called to check and it was damaged. Another one was dispatched the next day. I liked the online tracking. The only quibble was I wish I had been called to be told about the damaged sink, I lost a day in my home build work as the sink was fitted on the Monday rather than Friday and my worktop is being fitted a week later, other than that the service was OK. I would use again but be sure to call the day before something's due to double check.
