I paid £30 extra to deliver a fridge freezer from the front door to the kitchen (3 flights of steps)
The delivery man turned up with his girlfriend and said the fridge freezer was too heavy for the two of them!!!
I took a day of work for the delivery, extremely frustrating and now I'm still without a fridge freezer for 2 more weeks.
