Here is the review which I posted on Trustpilot on Monday - I have already copied this to you. Misleading instructions I have yet to use this hood (BUCH750SS) since I am still preparing the mounting surface above our range cooker. However, I have awarded just 3 stars at this stage because I have already encountered 2 issues with the installation instructions as follows: * first, the instructions refer to 2 support clips, 1 on each side of the hood but there are no support clips with this model * secondly, the instructions state that the 2 lights should be unscrewed in order to release the front frame to allow easy access to screw the hood into the mounting surface. The lights do not unscrew - each light is held in place on the front frame by a flange which hooks into the frame and is secured into the back of the light with 2 retaining screws. Unscrewing these screws enables the flange to be removed so that the lights are released from the frame. However, the lights will only move forward and are too big to pass through the frame holes to allow the frame to be detached. As a result, it is going to be more tricky to screw the unit to the mounting surface. Not a good start. Hopefully, the hood’s performance proves to be superior to the instructions provided.
