Bought a fridge. £40 less than nearest competitor was the decision maker. Not being able to arrange a delivery date and time is an issue. You are basically contacted by text to inform you of when delivery will be made the next day. This does not fit in with people who work and not have the flexibility to change their schedule. Phoned up to rearrange and told that the process is to cancel the delivery and wait for the next text to advise when delivery would be made. It took three attempts before we could effect delivery. Driver phoned an hour before he arrived. Packaging was damaged (looked like water damage) but fridge was in perfect condition. Overall a good experience and would use again.
