I was so surprised that I received my freezer so quickly after ordering I was so happy and the delivery guy was so helpful too by putting it in the space that I wanted it . But unfortunately when unpacking it we notice a dent to the side so we took a photo called the office and they were very Helpful and sorted the problem with in 48 hours. I would definitely recommend this company and also it was just so nice to get through straight away! They just need to improve their quality control as the faulty panel had already been caused when assembling the appliance but It was just cosmetic it did not affect the performance! So 10 out of 10 customer service team! So far very pleased with it as we are just about to use it!🤩
