Great Company!
We had an issue, the drink fridge was damaged on the bottom. Luckily this didn't effect the motor, and though it was a hassle to install it (had to hammer the dent out and pack out the damaged corner so that it doesn't wobble) we agreed to partial refund instead of sending it back.
The communication was fluent and they refunded the money as soon as we've agreed on the amount.
