I accidentally ordered the wrong item, the size was wrong, but I had got it on a 20% discount. I called and asked if I sent it back (at significant cost to me) they would be kind enough to still honour the discount on the replacement. It wasn't just the fact that they said no, it was the lying that this was Ebay's responsibility and there was absolutely nothing that they could do to reduce their own price.
I will now send back the wrong one, and they lose a sale. Well done.
