Complaint Reference 33943
I bought a Lexus IS 300H from 2015 and when collecting the car I discovered that it is also damaged on the left side, specifically the headlight and wing. After a month-long conversation with Copart in which I brought evidence that the car at the time of the auction did not have that damage, they came with compensation of £150, which does not even cover the purchase cost of the wing. Damage worth £1400 is compensated with £150 by them. It's a total disappointment, especially since Copart doesn't follow their rules.
