Had no radiators working downstairs but still hot water, engineer came and said it needed parts or a new boiler but hot water is still working and quickly left, 10 minutes later and there’s no water at all when turning on hot taps, called office and they stated the manufacturer would call us in 2 days to arrange a visit, no hot water or heating during a cold January, plastic twisters have also been taken off the boiler and lost since the engineer visit, help desk seem helpful but we’ll soon see how long this takes to sort out, very unhappy with the quality of engineer sent, and now we wait, left off worse than how we started
