We are elderly and on the governments at risk register yet this sham of a company has left us with no heating or hot water despite the boiler working fine up to him coming to service it and it won’t be fixed till 5 days after they broke it. Despite 6 phone calls were they promised to get back to me NOT ONCE DID THIS HAPPEN I had to keep calling them and got a different answer every time. The engineers they sent came in unmarked vans to show if they were corgi registered and both were from outside the uk and spoke broken English this being elderly were hard to understand. Just made me feel like they were trying to rip me off. Wouldn’t touch this company with anything.
