My elderly mother has been without heating or hot water since Sunday...apparently the engineer couldn't get the part some 3 days later. She is a vulnerable individual and is suffering with her health due to no heating or water.
This is the worst company EVER ..Do not under any circumstances sign up to these clowns. They will never resolve your issue in a timely manner. The boiler needs replacing but they are charging £2k for a replacement.
We are not renewing our contract again!!
