Boiler broke down tried the website to register breakdown, didn't work. Phoned, eventually got an answer and would be dealt with within 24hrs, didn't happen, was then told they have 5days to respond? After which it's my place to find somone who needed to contact Corgi Admin to clear the cost, that number is not maned so the engineer I found carn't proceed. I was told I was to pay and get a refund from Corgi (remember I still don't have a job ref number.
