Do not waste your money with a Homeplan. The service is shocking without any remedy. On one occasion they said they had no time to a job and gave no indication of when they could return.
The cancellation is auto-renewal and you have to phone Sales to cancel, but they do not advise you of this matter. You then get hit with a cancellation fee.
My advise is never use them, despite receiving nominal compensation for their repeated failure to attend appointments. This is the first review letter that I have ever written.
