I have had a Corgi Homeplan through OVO for 2 years, paying £12 / month. During that time I have tried to book my annual boiler service at least 6 times. No one has ever shown up.
I've also logged multiple complaints. Initially they appear useful then there is no follow up. Ironically they've just sent me a renewal (double the cost of my original plan!).
I'm going to complain to the energy ombudsman (they managed to negotiate £200 from OVO over a different issue and might have more success than me!)
Shocking level of service and absolute crooks - avoid at all costs!
