I have a full care package with Corgi and have been a customer for any years. Yesterday morning 20th June at 9.15am I called them to ask for an plumber as my toilet seemed to be blocked and would not flush. I called again last evening and was told they could not guarantee when anyone would come or call me It is now 7am 21st June... have been without toilet facilities for 24 hours. This is my only toilet .I am a 79 year old widow I live alone without any help. I am absolutely disgusted with this service....my son is coming this morning to help and if that is unsuccessful I will employ a private plumber....I would add that Corgi insisted I pay a £50 excess charge up front before they would deal with it. I paid and the money has been taken from .my Bank account BUT still NO PLUMBER OR HELP. USELESS COMPANY
