Your engineers didn't have a clue how to sort our boil from making an horrendous noise when it came on and throughout the time it was on. 4 times we call to call & different guys came out. In the end we got a guy who had his own business and when he looked into our boiler there was a lot of muck & rubbish inside. He couldn't understand why it hadn't been noticed by one of them. This chap was here an hour the corgi engineers where here around 15/20 mins. Wouldnt touch them again ever.
