I have experienced an intermittent faut with my CH for some time. Corgi fail to detect the cause. Further engineer called on 22 Sept and broke an actuator and reinstalled it upside down. CH didn't work. Another engineer appeared yesterday, fixed the broken part but CH still not working. I tried to call him back but Corgi will not let him return even though he knows what to do. Now waiting yet again for Corgi to arrange further visit - incompetence is the main tool n Corgi's toolbox, so far.
