As others have said, trying to get Corgi to do a service is like trying to nail a jelly to a wall. Always an excuse for not attending. Then when my expansion vessel fails they say there's sludge in the system and unless we pay privately now for a power flush and new vessel, they don't want to know us or provide any further work/cover! Ridiculous!! SLUDGE, the great get out of jail free card for not doing any repairs.
