I dont know if delivery to Sungapore is an impossible task due to Covid situation globally or UPS messed up in transportion? Waites 2 weeks for item to no avail. Checked with customer service, replies delayed in custom but cleared n ready to shipped. After 2 weeks no sight, they said will investigate. Three days, no respond to what happened. They said will refund me (waiting for the refund.) as shipment date has way passed 14 days. From a happy to a disapponted COS customer. Bad experience for 1st time online purchase with COS. However, appreciate customee service team is helpful though I has wished they keep me posted in the investigation. Lost confident to puchase online.
