I order a pant with express shipping to received on time for my trip. I received an email saying that they could do it express and went forward with the order without reaching out to me and finding out if it was ok. I tried to cancel the order and customer service said they couldn’t do it. The lack of transparency on their website really upset me. Taking in consideration that they take forever to ship the products they should be able to cancel.

I sent the whole order back, the return was processed correctly and a few days later the information - the return was processed again. to pay 334e. I paid with klarna so I have invoice updates. So what do you call such a company? Obviously they are fraudsters, It is already known that I will avoid them. I went to the trustpilot website and realized my mistake buying in this store.

Poor quality product. Superhero LEGO box frame with cheap plastic exterior instead of glass, missing arm from LEGO hero, interior styrofoam used to make 3D effect looked super tacky, and printed paper for backing was regular printer paper cut crooked and mounted crooked. Money lost completely on this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!! NO REFUND / NO REPLACEMENT COS is an unethical company that takes no accountability for overpriced, faulty products. As cool and chic their stuff might be, buyer beware. If something goes wrong, you’re stuck paying for their mistakes. I bought a $390 pair of shoes. The bottom fell off with the first two hours of me wearing them (at a sit down brunch!!!). They told me to send the product back for a refund/replacement, but sent it back even more damaged blaming me for what had happened to the shoes.

Terrible service. I have returned my item because it didn't fit, was to small + the quality for 270eu shoes was really poor. It's now over a month since my return and I still haven't received the refund. The costumer service doesn't want to help and tells me to contact Klarna the service provider they use. Klarna is completely ignoring the case and constant telling me they tried to contact me when I haven't received anything and asks to wait for the other team member to contact me. So its just complete waist of time and energy on some not doing there job and for not following there terms and conditions!

Comfortable clothes (esp dresses!) that work for me. I feel stylish, at ease, and always get lots of compliments. Dressing has never been so fun and uncomplicated. Returns are efficient . My go to brand.

I recently purchased COS HOODED PADDED PARKA. The Parka is amazing but the zipper is the worst ever design. I spent at least 10minutes to be able to close the zipper as the Genius designer decided to put two zipper at top & bottom. Unfortunately, the functionality has been overlooked by only focusing how it looks. Strongly recommend not to buy it.

My fiancé purchased black wide leg wool pants for me. The stitching was faulty and the quality of wool was terrible! They were not as I expected and I doubt I would purchase COS again!! I do not know if the COS Atelier line is better? So disappointing!! I do not expect to buy COS again!! Maureen

I’ve been looking for a long black denim skirt for some time. My recently received COS skirt is perfect. I’m delighted as I’m 5ft 9ins so a true maxi. Shorter people may find they need to alter the length

Bought two dresses from a COS store in DC on vacation. Both ended up with dye issues. Because the problems were not discovered until returning home 'ALEX' at customer service informed us we had no options to return or exchange the items because you have to be in the store in person with items, receipt, and method of payment. Never mind there is no store within 500 miles of our home. I am out around $300 and have two unwearable items. Will never shop here or at any other company owned by this brand group.

Poor returns policy. Ordered online and when I received the product, found it didn’t suit me. Tried to rerun online but would have to pay postage. Took the item to a store to return and was told I am only able to return online which means paying postage. This is an archaic way of managing returns and not very customer centric. I won’t be buying from Cos again.

If I could give no stars then I would. COS Australia Terrible customer service, have had to chase up order, operator could not give me an ETA, when i asked her what country my order was being shipped from and that it was taking too long, she hung up on me. Never will order from COS Australia again. This is the second time I have had terrible experience. They should not be advertising their products online if they cannot deliver the service.

I ordered the COS leather cross-body bag that has sold out multiple times after seeing all the rave write-ups about it. Unfortunately, it is very small for bigger people to use unless you want it to sit on top of your breasts. Which I do not. I had thought the strap would adjust but even the largest setting doesn't fit (For reference, I'm a size US 12 with a C-cup.) Unfortunately, you have to cut the tag off to be able to unwrap the straps to try it on so now I can't return it. Wish there were reviews of products before spending $135 plus shipping.

COS Australia - what a disappointing experience… Firstly it offers a very limited stock, secondly it charges for online shopping returns, thirdly has a very unfriendly staff in their Melbourne CBD store; too preoccupied with looking cool and chatting with each other than serving customers… credit for returned in-store purchase cannot be used for online shopping… it’s not a progressive European brand it aspires to be…

Beste Cos, Wat onwijs jammer dat jullie alleen maar tegoed bonnen geven bij het retourneren van sala artikelen. Ik begrijp ECHT niet dat je op deze manier klanten wilt verplichten iets te kopen bij je bedrijf. Vervolgens zit ik met een tegoedbon die NIET in te leveren is via de webshop en is de Code store in Haarlem weg. Wat een ontzettend slechte service voor zo'n MEGA keten.

I visited Cos today and the Sales Assistant was so very helpful. She advised me to speak to the Manager about my request and the Manager was very kind and helpful and listened carefully to my ask. She made an inquiry and then solved my request immediately. I was so very happy and thanked her immensely. The staff just wanted to help and went out of their way to assist me. Definitely, a shop to visit again as the customer care is first class. Thank you so much! Lovely people who wanted to help me. I was so grateful.

Awful customer service, you will waste your money, your time!!! Don’t buy from them!!! I bought a skirt in Los Angeles, went back home Florida and I was feeling comfortable with the size. I called the store, the manager, the customer care service, the manager of of customer care service and the answer was no to my exchange. They asked me to come back to a store!!! They are very funny, the store in Miami closed one year ago, the closest one is in Georgia and the kept asking me to go to a store for an exchange or refund. The customer service is useless as well as the manager who advised to order the larger size online and return the smaller one and said that it was their mistake!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I even offered to pay the shipping fee and their answer was still no!!

I feel so very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have to say that it is my first purchase from COS and definitely the last. My item was too large- certainly not a regular fit as was written on the website, I've reached customer service at least to try and replace it, but no- they take money for the return and not send a replacement- total waste of time! Besides, the quality was not the best- threads were stuck from all stitches. The policy of not replacing the items, not in stores nor online made me feel very uncomfortable, disappointed and wasted my time and money. Very poor customer service.
