“I ordered before Christmas. Order went to limbo. I received a message “delivery failed” no reason specified (we have 24 hours concierge). There is no way to contact them. US site said they cannot deal with Canadian orders. Local Toronto store said they cannot deal with US orders. Finally I obtained “international” e-mail who referred me to their hotline without specifying what it is or how to reach them. I am going to report this as a fraudulent transaction. This is not acceptable.”
“Beware Canadians. My order was $353 USD (Canadian dollars not offered for Canadians) they cahrged an extra 2% above the official exchange rate and when tHe order was sent there was $174 shipping /government fees/more government fees/ duty/processing fee etc. I tried to contact COS re I did not get my introductory %10 off and then to stop the order coming and there was no response. There is no toll free number that works in Canada - only an oversees number. The local store told me they could do nothing to help.
In all the $353 order came to $652.”
“Terrible customer service, have been trying to book a return for a week now, no respons, no pre paid return label in the parcel as indicated. No response on facebook none through email. Most pages dont work or give you the run around. Will never order online AGAIN”
“COS Online order is a total scam. We ordered on line from Canada. COS website direct you to your country page, when you select the product it quotes you in US $! to begin with and on receipt issued on checkout says price is inclusive of tax. Once the order goes to shipping via UPS, you notice it shipped from Sweden to USA and then to Canada with a large COD bill for a hefty Customs and duties cahrges. We refused the delivery, returned the package and disputed the order with COS customer service with no response. We had to contact our credit card company and UPS to dispute the charges. NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM COS!”

For the past ten days, I have been attempting—without success—to return an item that does not fit. The online return portal has been consistently non-functional, and repeated emails to your customer service have gone entirely unanswered.
While a phone number is provided, my experience there has been equally frustrating: I have endured two lengthy and taxing conversations with a representative who struggled to communicate in English. On both occasions, I was assured that Overseas, the designated courier, would be in touch promptly to arrange collection—yet unsurprisingly, no such contact has been made.”

I chased by phone & by email but got flimsy and nonsense replies giving no actual reason for the delay. “Poor quality product. Superhero LEGO box frame with cheap plastic exterior instead of glass, missing arm from LEGO hero, interior styrofoam used to make 3D effect looked super tacky, and printed paper for backing was regular printer paper cut crooked and mounted crooked.

COS is an unethical company that takes no accountability for overpriced, faulty products. As cool and chic their stuff might be, buyer beware. If something goes wrong, you’re stuck paying for their mistakes.
I bought a $390 pair of shoes. The bottom fell off with the first two hours of me wearing them (at a sit down brunch!!!). They told me to send the product back for a refund/replacement, but sent it back even more damaged blaming me for what had happened to the shoes.”
“Terrible service. I have returned my item because it didn't fit, was to small + the quality for 270eu shoes was really poor. It's now over a month since my return and I still haven't received the refund. The costumer service doesn't want to help and tells me to contact Klarna the service provider they use. Klarna is completely ignoring the case and constant telling me they tried to contact me when I haven't received anything and asks to wait for the other team member to contact me. So its just complete waist of time and energy on some not doing there job and for not following there terms and conditions!”
“I recently purchased COS HOODED PADDED PARKA. The Parka is amazing but the zipper is the worst ever design. I spent at least 10minutes to be able to close the zipper as the Genius designer decided to put two zipper at top & bottom. Unfortunately, the functionality has been overlooked by only focusing how it looks. Strongly recommend not to buy it.”
“My fiancé purchased black wide leg wool pants for me. The stitching was faulty and the quality of wool was terrible! They were not as I expected and I doubt I would purchase COS again!! I do not know if the COS Atelier line is better? So disappointing!! I do not expect to buy COS again!!

“Bought two dresses from a COS store in DC on vacation. Both ended up with dye issues. Because the problems were not discovered until returning home 'ALEX' at customer service informed us we had no options to return or exchange the items because you have to be in the store in person with items, receipt, and method of payment. Never mind there is no store within 500 miles of our home. I am out around $300 and have two unwearable items. Will never shop here or at any other company owned by this brand group.”
“Poor returns policy. Ordered online and when I received the product, found it didn’t suit me. Tried to rerun online but would have to pay postage. Took the item to a store to return and was told I am only able to return online which means paying postage. This is an archaic way of managing returns and not very customer centric. I won’t be buying from Cos again.”
