Terrible service. I have returned my item because it didn't fit, was to small + the quality for 270eu shoes was really poor. It's now over a month since my return and I still haven't received the refund. The costumer service doesn't want to help and tells me to contact Klarna the service provider they use. Klarna is completely ignoring the case and constant telling me they tried to contact me when I haven't received anything and asks to wait for the other team member to contact me. So its just complete waist of time and energy on some not doing there job and for not following there terms and conditions!

I recently purchased COS HOODED PADDED PARKA. The Parka is amazing but the zipper is the worst ever design. I spent at least 10minutes to be able to close the zipper as the Genius designer decided to put two zipper at top & bottom. Unfortunately, the functionality has been overlooked by only focusing how it looks. Strongly recommend not to buy it.

My fiancé purchased black wide leg wool pants for me. The stitching was faulty and the quality of wool was terrible! They were not as I expected and I doubt I would purchase COS again!! I do not know if the COS Atelier line is better? So disappointing!! I do not expect to buy COS again!! Maureen

Bought two dresses from a COS store in DC on vacation. Both ended up with dye issues. Because the problems were not discovered until returning home 'ALEX' at customer service informed us we had no options to return or exchange the items because you have to be in the store in person with items, receipt, and method of payment. Never mind there is no store within 500 miles of our home. I am out around $300 and have two unwearable items. Will never shop here or at any other company owned by this brand group.

Poor returns policy. Ordered online and when I received the product, found it didn’t suit me. Tried to rerun online but would have to pay postage. Took the item to a store to return and was told I am only able to return online which means paying postage. This is an archaic way of managing returns and not very customer centric. I won’t be buying from Cos again.

If I could give no stars then I would. COS Australia Terrible customer service, have had to chase up order, operator could not give me an ETA, when i asked her what country my order was being shipped from and that it was taking too long, she hung up on me. Never will order from COS Australia again. This is the second time I have had terrible experience. They should not be advertising their products online if they cannot deliver the service.

COS Australia - what a disappointing experience… Firstly it offers a very limited stock, secondly it charges for online shopping returns, thirdly has a very unfriendly staff in their Melbourne CBD store; too preoccupied with looking cool and chatting with each other than serving customers… credit for returned in-store purchase cannot be used for online shopping… it’s not a progressive European brand it aspires to be…

Beste Cos, Wat onwijs jammer dat jullie alleen maar tegoed bonnen geven bij het retourneren van sala artikelen. Ik begrijp ECHT niet dat je op deze manier klanten wilt verplichten iets te kopen bij je bedrijf. Vervolgens zit ik met een tegoedbon die NIET in te leveren is via de webshop en is de Code store in Haarlem weg. Wat een ontzettend slechte service voor zo'n MEGA keten.

Awful customer service, you will waste your money, your time!!! Don’t buy from them!!! I bought a skirt in Los Angeles, went back home Florida and I was feeling comfortable with the size. I called the store, the manager, the customer care service, the manager of of customer care service and the answer was no to my exchange. They asked me to come back to a store!!! They are very funny, the store in Miami closed one year ago, the closest one is in Georgia and the kept asking me to go to a store for an exchange or refund. The customer service is useless as well as the manager who advised to order the larger size online and return the smaller one and said that it was their mistake!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I even offered to pay the shipping fee and their answer was still no!!

I feel so very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have to say that it is my first purchase from COS and definitely the last. My item was too large- certainly not a regular fit as was written on the website, I've reached customer service at least to try and replace it, but no- they take money for the return and not send a replacement- total waste of time! Besides, the quality was not the best- threads were stuck from all stitches. The policy of not replacing the items, not in stores nor online made me feel very uncomfortable, disappointed and wasted my time and money. Very poor customer service.

Despite my return being received over a week ago I’m still waiting for my €350 refund. Ridiculous. I’ve also been told it might take another week.

I am still on hold 75 minutes later cleaning house and cooking. BEWARE: you will NOT get your full refund. I sent 100% back in same as received the next day upon arrival to my home. The clothes RUN HUGE so order smaller. The fabrics are nice and if you are searching for size/fit remember YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FULL REFUND will trying to find the fit returning sizes that are not right for YOU. You will wait on the phones FOREVER it seems to get help about billing, returns, sizing, etc. This is TIME CONSUMING and NO FULL REFUND in excellent return as recieved within 1 day to return. The HORRIBLE BAG they use to ship in is stuffed so much you can barely return all the items in their SAME BAG. I got it done but this is the best they can do? Take to UPS and get your receipt in case.

Really disappointed to read these reviews because I’ve been a loyal customer of cos for years. Left London recently so have used their online store - much to my disappointment. Don’t ever pay for next day delivery at a whopping £10 because it isn’t next day and this time waiting a week for standard delivery and had to email customer service this morning. It’s a stressful experience and honestly not worth the will they/won’t they arrive in time saga. Customer service was fine this is an issue coming from the decision makers. They are clearly aware of the delivery issues yet continue as they are which is concerning enough to stop using Cos online altogether, meaning I’ll rarely purchase anymore (which is a shame). They need to get with the times and look at what their competitors are achieving.

This company holds onto money -- illegal. They make returns difficult and do not refund the money. If you call them, they tell you the :"bank won';t accept their refund and they will keep trying". This is a lie. Upon further conversation, they say it is a "computer glitch" and they are trying to fix it. At some point, they will send you a check. This is a crime. It's called "kiting" money. And they should be called out on it. Do not order anything from them online unless you know you will not return it.

Cos--do they make "hair shirts?" I've been an enthusiastic cos shopper for years and a recommender to friends--but a recent episode with a tshirt makes me wonder about their customer service and their cotton sources--I bought a soccer stripped tshirt at the end of last summer, threw it in the wash and put it away--when I took it out the white stripes looked gray--on closer exam, it was covered with tiny hairs--I thought it was the dog--i used my clothing roller and it kept pulling up more hairs, I tunred it inside out--hairs there too--another washing, another brushing, and more hairs emerged--I called Cos and asked them to examine it--was it something I did, I live in an apartment building with group washing machines afterall--or was it in the fabric. If they would send a label, I'd return the shirt--I was passed along to numerous supervisors and finally one agreed, though it wasn't company policy to send a label--it's been over a month and all I've received is a notice, they are closing my case, I wrote them back, and its been a digital silence--meanwhile, I've brush-rolled several of my other cos t's and found those same small black hairs--they aren't on my non-cos shirts. With their new emphasis on sustainability and conscientious sourcing you would think quality control would be interested--customer service certainly wasn't.

I had an account from 2017, Im trying to acces it since end 2020, we are now @ 2-07 and still cant acces mij account. Send multiple mails about it and they say we gonna fix it but they dont do anything to solve the problem. ALL LOST TO THIS &@^@%@&!!! Never ever coss io

Horrible customer service! I ordered a shirt online and I was supposed to get a 10 % off, which I did not receive. So I contacted the CS to fix this and received no response. Then I wait to get a response before paying and 2 weeks later I get a new bill with higher fees because may payment was late. Then I call them and the person was absolutely no help and contact them via facebook and email and I receive no help. So now the fee has gone up 100 % and I apparently need to pay it in full and they will not give any help.
